Connor Phalon is an associate in the firm’s environmental practice group. Mr. Phalon has extensive experience representing and advising clients on complex issues related to regulatory compliance, litigation, and transactional matters. With a broad array of experience in both the environmental and real estate fields, Mr. Phalon is able to assist clients with many cross-cutting issues and stay actively involved in transactions from start to finish.
Mr. Phalon has represented clients in state and federal environmental litigation throughout the country, which have involved Superfund sites and soil, groundwater, and sediment contamination concerning legacy and emerging contaminants, such as PFAS. Mr. Phalon has also counseled clients on the intricacies of natural resource damages claims and managing the risks associated with environmental liabilities in business transactions.
Mr. Phalon is committed to public service and has represented veterans denied benefits earned from military service, individuals seeking an expungement of their past criminal records, and an incarcerated individual before the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit concerning purported civil rights violations.
Mr. Phalon graduated cum laude from Villanova University School of Law and magna cum laude from The College of New Jersey.
Away from the office, Mr. Phalon enjoys spending time with his family and friends in Kinnelon and staying active by playing soccer in Morris County.
